Job Duties and Responsibilities Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to improve performance Implement technology and tools to improve productivity and streamline sales processes Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the channel sales program Provide monthly executive summary on project status, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks for Boost Leadership Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define the desired product/project requirements, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the business goals Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5 years of experience in channel sales program management, with at least 3 years of executive leadership building Skills and
Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives Three years of experience overseeing event planning/execution, drafting internal/external communications, and project management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes Please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Salary Ranges Compensation:
$83,203.
00/Year - $118,881.

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
