Ideal candidates must have a positive attitude, great first impression, and an ability to personably connect with customers to provide exceptional service.
Candidates ideally are a 5-10 minute commute away from the store location.
Maximum 15 minute commute.
What we want:
MUST LIVE IN the South Bay area:
Torrance, Lomita, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Carson, Gardena, Redondo Beach, Wilmington, Harbor City, etc.
MUST be able to work weekends (especially Saturdays) Must be a fast learner and be coachable.
Must be willing to learn and take directions well.
Must take initiative, be energetic, and have a positive can-do attitude.
Must have a great sense of humor.
Must enjoy games and puzzles.
Must be a team player and be willing to cover for other team members in emergency situations.
Friendly and customer-service oriented.
Punctual and willing to work flexible hours.
Punctuality is EXTREMELY important.
It is better to be 5 minutes early than 5 minutes late.
Detail oriented, problem solver, and multi-tasker.
Quick learner and well organized.
Team player that can also work independently.
Must be well groomed, presentable, and follow work dress code.
Ability to learn processes quickly.
What you do:
Greet customers with a warm welcome and check them in.
Provide full game briefing and rules.
Monitor, assist, and reset games.
Debrief with group to bring their experience to an end.
Take reservations, process payments, and take customer photos.
Check every game to ensure all props are in working order.
Promote our other rooms.
Provide the best experience for all our guests.
General cleaning:
vacuuming, taking out trash, cleaning restroom, keeping store organized and tidy.
